The 6th Annual Menehune Classic was a great success. The weather held out and ended up being a beautiful evening of exciting band shows.
Special thanks to ALL of the members of the Mene Classic Committee for months of planning meetings and indivdual time put into this big event. Thanks also to the MANY volunteers that came out to assist with set up, clean up, concession, programs, judges, hospitality, check in, kiosk sales, liasons, parking, food, and the list goes on and on. You guy are the best and we could not ask for better people to work with.
Thanks also to all the very generous food, awards, and monetary donations that were given.
All student participants learned a lot that night and are grateful to have the opportunity to show what they work so diligently on everyday and to seek ways to improve. The Moanalua band did very well and are getting better and stronger every day.
Thank you again for everything! Until the 7th Annual Menehune Classic...taihen otsukaresama deshita! Doumo Arigatou Gozaimashita!
