Uniform Guide
 
Uniform for Field Shows
Winds Blue Jacket
with Silver Sequins		 The three-piece Marching Band Uniform must be purchased from the Music Department. The new black uniforms made their debut in the 2002-2003 school year.
Vest and Cinch Belt
Black Bib Pants
Percussion
On Field		  Same uniform code as the winds, section leader assigned head bands/sweat bands. No gloves necessary.
Percussion
Pit		  Same uniform code as the winds, no hat is needed. No gloves necessary.
Flags  Assigned color guard uniform for the year, color guard shoes, color guard gloves, approved socks, section leader required headwear.
Rifles  Assigned rifle uniform for the year, if female use flag uniform code.  Rifle shoes, rifle gloves, black socks, approved undergarments, and section leader assigned headwear.
Drum Majors  Assigned Drum Major Uniform, black marching shoes, DM hat, DM Gloves, DM whistle, approved undergarment.
All Members Black Marching ShoesBlack Marching Shoes must be purchased from the Music Department. You may not wear ordinary athletic shoes as they will not allow you to properly Roll Step.
Black SocksPlease obtain your own black socks.
White GlovesWhite Gloves must be purchased from the Music Department.
Clarinet players need to cut holes in the fingertips. Please see your section leader if you need assistance.
Hat
and
Hair
  • The Hat may be rented from the Music Department.
  • The Hat and Hat Box must be returned at the end of Marching Band Season, clean and in good condition.
  • Anyone with hair longer than collar-length must secure their hair so that it fits under the hat and will not blow into their face.
  • Hair must be a normal human hair color for the performance.
  • Members of the Color Guard (Flags and Rifles) and Percussion Pit do not need a hat, but still need to secure their hair so that it won't blow into their face.
StarsStars may be purchased from the Music Department. Each Star represents one year of membership in Marching Band. Underclassmen receive Silver Stars and Seniors get special Gold Stars. Wear your Stars with Pride!
Dog TagsA Dog Tag may be purchased from the Music Department. Each school year a new set of Dog Tags is inscribed with the names of the songs performed during that year's Marching Band Season.
Note:Please wear your Blue Pep Band Shirt under your Marching Uniform. (All Members except Flags)
JewelryPlease refrain from wearing any large jewelry except for Dog Tags during the performances. No nose rings or large dangly earrings please.

Uniform for Football Games and Homecoming Parade
Pep Band Uniform Blue Pep Band ShirtThe Pep Band Shirt must be purchased from the Music Department. Please note that your shirt must say "Pep Band," not "Staff" or "Music Boosters."
Pep Band PantsBlack Pep Band Pants must be purchased from the Music Department.
Pep Band ShoesYou may obtain your own athletic shoes.
Pep Band SocksYou may obtain your own socks.

Uniform for Aloha Week Parade
Aloha Uniform Aloha ShirtYou may obtain your own Aloha Shirt, any color.
Black Pep Band Pants Please wear your Black Pep Band Pants.  An all black, plain belt is optional (buckle must be small & of non-bright color) .
Black Marching Shoes Please wear your Black Marching Shoes.
LeiYou will be issued a lei on the morning of the Aloha Week Parade. Leis will be collected at the end of the parade.
